The Glow Method combines the best parts of vinyasa yoga and strength training to create a practice that challenges not only your body, but your mind. Each class is designed to bring your body to its edge; encouraging growth, while leaving your mind feeling relaxed when you step off of the mat.
The glow method is a perfect storm of vinyasa yoga, strength training, barre, pilates, and cardio. Each class is set to a high energy playlist and we move to the beat of the music. We work to build deep strength through functional movements and stabilization, as well as 360º of our core. We always elevate our heart rate to ignite a sweat and get endorphins flowing, too.
