Oh Happy Day! Our Sunday Bhakti Flow ‘Church’ classes are particularly celebratory! These classes are explosive freestyle, musical journeys through mind, heart and breath. We use this practice to digest the previous week, and prepare our entire beings for the week ahead. These classes are strong, often sweaty, but hopefully accessible to most levels of practitioners with at least one year of vinyasa experience.
