In this challenge, HTPY instructor Allison Waldbeser will guide you through a heavy sculpt focused two weeks with some vinyasa flows, rest days, and meditations to balance out the body and mind. Practice alone or with your wedding party for 30 minute classes to get stronger mentally, spiritually, and physically for your big day. Pro tip: this challenge is also great if you’re gearing up for a big event or wedding and need some help with a final push.
