Third Trimester Pre-Natal Yoga Series with Andrea Bogart
Third trimester is such a special time as we are nearing the preparation of birth. The physical body is going through many more visible changes and you may be feeling the baby movements frequently which is usually fun. It can equally bring on emotions, fluctuating hormones and more discomfort physically that we can and should nurture gracefully. It takes a gentle approach to allow space for mindful movement as well as the strength and courage to continue doing what feels good for you, whether that’s having an active day or a restful day.
We’ll focus on poses that support optimal fetal positioning and prepare our mind, body, spirit for our enlightened birth day. I encourage you to revisit the 2 introduction videos on preparation for the series and safe modifications. While I’m taping this is my 3rd trimester, I invite all trimesters to enjoy this series too. I’m so grateful for getting to share this special journey together.
