In this class, Maria introduces the ashtanga method, explains the fundamentals of the ashtanga vinyasa yoga system and its terms. We learn about the breath (ujayi), the gazing point (drishti) and bandhas as well as sun salutations. It is a great class for those of you who are interested in learning the ashtanga method step by step and start your yoga practice at home.
