Meet our newest instructor, Danielle Havens! As both a registered nurse and a dancer, Danielle Havens has always had a passion for creative movement, health & wellness. Danielle took her first barre class in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the practice. She was drawn to the combined elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and musicality and quickly became enamored with this style of movement. She loved the energy it brought to her life and the positive changes to her mind, body, and overall health. Danielle completed her teacher training at the Barre Guild Academy in 2019 and Yoga + YS Teacher Training at CorePower in 2020. Danielle brings her many years of professional dance training to her classes. Her classes are empowering, upbeat, and will leave you feeling strong and beautiful inside and out!
