Welcome to the Busy Active Lifestyle 5 class series with Andrea Bogart. Each class is meant to open & strengthen the entire body with a variety of “feel good” sequences and deepen your connection to yourself. Let’s face it, we are all leading pretty busy lives these days. As we create time for our self-care, we support our abundant lives in the best way possible and manifest more abundance! These are well rounded flows ranging from 15-45 min and intended to be put anywhere in your day. It’s an invitation to pause from the daily grind and give yourself the gift of mindful movement with a bit of sweat and grace! I always recommend having props (blocks, strap, blanket) nearby but you can do this series with or without. Let’s stay energized, intentional and compassionate as we move through each day in everything that we do! Take time for yourself… you’ll never regret it.
