Join Maria for a sequence of 4 breathing exercises linked together like beads for great effect of balance and purification. Baba Hari Dass helps clear stress, focus the mind, relax the body, digest in a physical and emotional level and for overall wellbeing and balance.
The first part of the class will explain technique and purpose and at 7:12 minute the practice starts in case anyone is familiar with the breathing exercises they can jump right in by fast forwarding to that part of the video.
Contraindications: do not practice if you are pregnant, menstruating, have high blood pressure or glaucoma.
